Glitchy Vote Item?

Hello. I hope someone can help me.

I redeemed my first item from vote points today and was sad to discover that I cannot equip the item, flower ring, I am lv100 as the requirements tell.

Is it possible that is is glitchy and if so, what to do?

its not glitchy, i can equip it. ^^, i think u need to be base 150 for it or even max. BUt can equip mine with my max lvl character

Ok, thanks for your replies. And thanks for offering to power-level me. I had went to bed. I'll try see if I can equip it later when my high wizard gets a little higher.

K, I got my wizard max and I can wear it, I was just confused and excited to wear it at 100 as the requirements on it said, its higher, but no matter, thanks for all the replies, appriciate it!
