Ygg Berry/seed Consumables Nerf

We all know that during a 1on1 pvp fight, the one who has more berries or seeds, is most likely to win. And since, not all people have emp helms or some other high tier gear, it is almost impossible to one shot an opponent without him/her getting the chance to replenish.
In my old server they implemented white and blue pots to replenish 25% hp and sp respectively. and it can be consumed without delay.
Ygg seed and berries had the same use. however it had a 1 sec delay for each use. So, there was no spamming of yggs. you can only spam white pots. and since white pots only replenish 25% hp, and berries having 1 sec delay between consumation, the pvps were balanced and ended not with the reason of supply burn out.
This is my suggestion.
Why not implement that same kind of system to change how people use consumables and to change the tide of the battlefield; to not rely solely on seeds and berries.

lol the point is to remove the dependency on consumables for winning battles. basically i wanna win by spamming my attacks/skills rather than berries/seeds

Your suggestion favors high burst classes that can kill instantly, namely Sonic Blow SinX since it is already hard to seed through that. Also, this will destroy champs as they now get 1 sec delay on berry.

Exactly as the man above me said.

+ Its not always how many seeds you have, Its just that attacks from a normal player have a damage/fixed pattern which are easy to seed to survive it.

The one who can get the enemy out of his seeding pattern wins. + there will be class that can be op if this happens. Specially those high damage and high hp class. Like pally and Lk, and imagine seeding with 1sec delay can instantly make u die when batling a crit sinx.

It's not going to work out for certain classes. We'd need to balance most classes again in order to make it fair for all.
