Old Rucksucks Vs Vote Rucksucks

These new Rucks are awesome but some older rucks like archangel rs is for me better but it slows you down. and the new vote rs adds 10% walking speed.

My suggestion is, why not make old rucks also +10% in walking speed.

This suggestion is not only about being equal in terms of the rucks effect but also it can make the old RS salable again since vote rs are non-tradable.

+1. Also an addition. The donate rucksacks are cute and wearable. But most players prefer the rings/cape/sacreds over them. and its merely for display or collection for most of the pips having em. + with its stats almost same as the legendary balloons .Its not worth that much to donate for em.
