qperteplex Posted November 2, 2014 Report Posted November 2, 2014 No. Most of the Halloween hats obtained through those tickets have the effect similar to the knight helm while some give +15 stats or something like that.I have no idea of the effect of the ones bought with Halloween tokens as they are new to me.
