Hey GM's. I recently received first place for the PvP ladder (Oct 18th), but the hall of fame was not reset and so with that, I didn't get my PvP tokens.. But the problem is that I deleted my SinX and now I have my LK. Will I be able to receive it eventually on my LK? Or is that not possible?

If your sinx character is in list hall of fame at top 3 pvp ladder I think u can claim ur prize ..err if im not mistaken >_<

You can, they keep data's and includes overall characters from your ACCOUNT. That's on my point of view.

I don't know how they go on about this, but I'm sure long as you did place 1st(with a 2:1 kill to death ratio) they will give you your prize most likely.
