Veracity Posted October 11, 2014 Author Report Posted October 11, 2014 We've confirmed the issue is with our host, not on our end. Unfortunately this means only our host can resolve the problem. We're hoping it will be fixed soon, we will keep everyone up to date as we hear status updates from our host. To compensate for the inconvenience, we will be having 2x vote points for awhile! Also, we are working on a big update, celebrating Halloween! :) Update: The server will be down for a little while so our host can resolve the issue. Please be patient and bear with us. Genesis Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 Guys, We have completely changed the server's hardware. We believe the issue might have been the network card. The server is currently up, and we will continue to monitor it to see if this fixed the issue. Make sure you patch or download the new manual patch or you will not be able to connect!!! Genesis Posted October 12, 2014 Report Posted October 12, 2014 We have moved the RO server to a new VM and reinstalled the OS. We are testing to see if the connectivity issues are resolved by this action.
