TouchMyLemon Posted September 17, 2014 Report Posted September 17, 2014 As the title suggests, I'm having trouble deleting my character. It says I have entered the incorrect email. I've checked the control panel to make sure I was entering it correctly as well. What are my options?
CrimsonKing Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 (edited) Try all forms, character deletion may be case sensitive. Try no caps, first letter caped or first letter in main words caps. There may also be a glitch if your email is too long or too short. It is hard to say. If all else fails after more attempts, Create a ticket, and perhaps. GM would be kind enough to log your account and remove your character for you. Or contacting a GM in game or through tickets they may be Able to rebirth your character manually for you allowing you a fresh start. I'm not entirely certain of all the game masters secret powers :p but I am sure they can work something out for you. Although I'm sure you would have to go to some extent to prove the acc is yours like email. verification. ValGoesRawr Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 I was having this problem too. I was even copy + pasting my email from control panel. I did the change email thing and changed it to the same email I was using and it worked. I tried doing it with no caps, some caps, even all caps :\ Was able to delete it after that.
