Missing Stylist Npc?

Hello,

When I enter the stylist building or use the @warp command listed on the website, there are no NPCs in the room! There are three desks but nobody to interact with. Is this perhaps something wrong with my client?

The one at for_dia is unused, warp to @go 25 then proceed to your right. You'll see a building with a pub that says 'Stylist'.

Aha! I see -- they didn't appear until I was fully maxed out at 255/255 both.
