My Attack Wont Hit, Why?

I have been trying to kill this thing but my attack wont hit can someone tell me why this thing with big toung call phreeoni. please help, and its health is different from rate my server x-x.

Ya its MVP monster and MVP monster on this server got buffed since it will be way too easy to kill it. Well its still easy even now.

Try increasing your hit by rising your dex, maybe your hit not high enough to penetrate his flee. Or maybe you hit him with wrong element.

Are you a sniper? If you are, make sure have at least 280 DEX and use any elemental arrow BUT immaterial arrow.
If you're an Assassin Cross, have EDP and Enchant Poison active. :)

Make sure you have atleast 560 Hit when you are a physical attacker... You can raise it by using dex (1 dex = 1 hit), silver phreeoni card (+50 hit compounded on weapon *available on vending area*), phreeoni card (+100). And don't use earth element, its best to use fire against it.
