so I'd say go for 2 O.Hels

Ugh it's complicated some people use O.hels with l. Hels so when you switch you don't lose damage or something. Look for a Sinx ingame but it's rare that they'll reveal their weapon cards (breakers mostly but I respect that).

Knife is better for me. It has slots. :) you can put 3 poring on it for max damage.
