Mastersmith Card Effects Wont Work? Why?

I think there is something wrong with my ''MASTERSMITH CARD"" Because it doest break the weapon and card of others. why?

actually i have a friend that let met try to hit him but no good! his armor and weapon doesnt break

Valk weapons are unbreakable. Maybe he wore RSX armor.

i have tried this also... the chance is really low its like .01% chance to break armor/weapon.. i have tried VR that has 1% dispell skill, it works pretty well than 5% 7% chance of master smith.. (no fcp) ive tried it in my own alt..

Sorry for replying so late but to clarify things, WS card chance was nerfed a long time ago, along with the dispel chance of valk rand for sinx. Back then, those 2 cards made sinx a bit OP then it is now. So, WS card works, but it is just a low chance.
