[suggestion] Broadcast Timer

Please put a timer in between broadcast say 1 minute- 5 minutes PER PLAYER. Aside from the fact that repeated market spams are f**king annoying, it will also help curb the abuse of broadcast of rude people (i.e. the ones fighting in BC, trollbaiting newbs with tokens etc.)

Dont think this is good idea, rather they should make it a line/order if this is possible. Lets say Greg BC's 1st and Tod BC's 2nd, then Tyrone BC's 3rd 1 second after Tod. No matter what Greg's BC will go 1st and Last 5~10seconds then Tods will go even if there are other people BCing. This makes more sense to me than having people BC war, even though I dont mind it. I just dont like when I get BC'd over by MvP summon rooms opening or new characters being made...

This data structure in programming is called a queue. This is not a good idea because the queue will get filled up quicker than the queue can pop out.

As a countermeasure, I suggest that this bc queue should be structured so that a single player can only have one bc in the queue and they can't add anymore bcs to this bc queue until their bc has been announced.

i disagree,, it will be an chaos at normal shout... not at bc ... its gonna be chaos.. and spamm at normal chat..

That's a reasonable suggestion. But what I want to prevent is the same players spamming over and over again that's why I wanted a restriction PER PERSON.

I usually afk for about an hour and then come back to read market to hunt for deals. And 80% of the time what I see is the same freakin post from the same person bumping off potential deals. As we all know the log can only hold so much and anything over that is deleted.

And also I think that a 1 minute timer per person is easier to implement than a message queue.

But any regulation is acceptable for me. Just do something about it please.

Uhh no. Who cares about normal chat. Just move away from spammers.
