Indeed but keep in mind that you'll lose a slot and it doesn't stack with either forsaken knight or king set so you'll be vulnerable to freeze unless ofc you get a Water Armor or Vote Scarf. Great Starter Item specially for a farming wiz imo. I still use my piamette on my bio sometimes

Not much of a damage difference considering your losses when I tested on my bio. But as Dus said, it's a great starter item. Plus, eventually you might want to start collecting headgears and stuff and admittedly, piamette does look nice.
