Im new to this server and i cant open the game because i cant select a screen size.. i tried everything from new downloading to re installing to checking for similar problems.. nothing everything is patched and no error accured at any time.. would post an image but im afraid i dont get how to post it look for please

The reason is because Windows 8 has a security feature that doesn't let the user modify or write files in the Program Files directory. What you want to do is move the FRO folder entirely out of there and put it elsewhere like My Documents for example. This will solve your setup problem as well as letting you take screenshots and the like.

Sensation Posted February 24, 2014 Report Posted February 24, 2014 I'm running windows 8 and I can say it does work. Use administrator rights & compatibility mode. If you're not willing to do that, you'll have to poke the registry and do modifications there.
