kyoshiro029 Posted March 7, 2015 Report Posted March 7, 2015 You need to do the quest first before you can access the pet groomer npc..... talk to the fancy dog, right side of the stairs before you reach the knight master...... i think you need to farm yellow plates *kappa, well dried bone *pirate skeleton, and black cat doll *loli ruri.... after you complete the items you can now go to the pet shop.... you can buy pet food, pet accessory, and pet taming items I know cause i've done the quest xD Note: i forgot how many of those items you need to farm Quote
