Remove Water Effects At Yesnelph Emp Room

As the topic title is stated. Please Remove the water effects. I think by this way Euro woe will be having a Lesser lag than usual lag and i know that coding this is possible cause you already have done this in the 2.0 castle. This would be very helpful to everyone less lag with more people trough lesser effects :)

+1 , and I think if its about lag it is not the GS I think is the only one , try to look up on the Proffs skill " Volcano and Deluge" it seems it help more lags too
