lookers Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 I have already filed a ticket. And GM Devour is the one who replied. At first a sent a reason on why i was jailed. My reason is that i miss an update that cause the bot checker not to show the captcha to be typed on the text box. Then i post a screen shots. At first it was all going fine the GM replied to me on all my inquiries. Then hes say that the ticket is already solved and i have to pm him online. But a few days past, i cannot pm him online. Then GM Genesis replied today and said it is already solved. And i have to pm him online. But the problem is that even though he is online i cannot get any respond to him. Is he just bluffing me.? cause i already spent almost 3hours now just waiting for his reply... Is this means that i really cannot get my character out of jail?.. cause i am hunting now and it is delayed because of this countless waiting.. can i have your suggestions.. thanks .. 1
Rayray Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 If you live in Asia or somewhere outside the US, you should consider that Genesis has a different timezone than you. I know it isn't entirely your fault, but cmon, that patch has been out for weeks now..
Bishop Posted October 31, 2013 Report Posted October 31, 2013 The patch has been added weeks ago. You get reminded to patch every time you log in due to the change to the botchecker update. You decided to ignore both the forums and the in-game message and thus got jailed. This is your responsibility not ours. You got jailed due to your own decision and thus have to wait to be unjailed. You need to be online on the jailed character in order for us the unjail you. Basically this is indeed solved you just need to contact a GM in-game.
