The NPC to get inside of the Dice Event, as well as a lot of the other ones, is available inside the Event Room. To get there, talk to the Warper NPC (fcity 84 126). Select Custom Maps and then Event Room. Inside the Dice room there is the numbers 1-4 and below them, 4 different squares for the corresponding number. After the NPC is closed and the instructions are given, click on the number you wish to choose (above the rectangles) and it will take you inside of the rectangle.
