Simply go here: http://forsaken-ro.net/cp/

Log-In then go to My Account, Click the character that is stucked then click Reset Position at the upper part :3

There's like 500 (or some other huge number) Sandman spawned there so it lags you out. Just unstuck and don't warp there. The vend there isn't anything anyway if you're trying to check or something lol.
