Go into the warp at fcity 55 108, talk to the Token Trader and select Activity.

You save those activity tokens to buy items from the Token Trader.. The Token Trader is located inside a house at the left part of fcity (@go 25). Once you go left you will see a sign saying Trader. go in there and look for the Token Trader. Once you found him he will give you options on what token prizes you wanna see. click Activity Token and you can see what helms and items you can buy just by saving those Activity tokens :)

Well I will make it easier. Save as much activity tokens as you can.

First step: type @go 25

Second Step: When you reach at FCity all you have to do is just walk to the left side. Make sure to turn your screen around too so you can see a board sign called "Trader" if I am not wrong.

Third Step: Go in to that portal talk to the npc called Token Trader. Hes wearing in black clothes. In the middle of all the NPCs.

Fourth Step: Talk to him and scroll down so you can find the word called "Activity".

Well you can just press on the items so you can see the stats and If you don't want that item you can just press No again and just move to the next item that you want to see. ^-^.
