Taekwon Flying Kick Type Build

anybody knows this type of taekwon build?, cause ive seen a lot of people using taekwon nowadays and they can realy do decent damage.. any comments or suggestion will be highly appreciated, and oh btw im talking about non donor build thanks.

The damage output you're seeing from them is likely just the way the class works and has hardly anything to do with builds or, to an extent, gear. A basic build off the top of my head would be 280+ STR, 195 ASPD, 400+ hit, and the rest to VIT. The trick to SG/Taekwon is their skillset.

I thought flying side kick was naturally just spammable? even on 99/70 servers its spammable lol

It is spammable but there is a way to enhance the damage by using Running then Flying Kick. It is in the skill desc. Some people figured out a bug that keeps running always on even while you arent using it.
