I am an ex-Vene member. I'm not looking for pro or anything for the guild. Just looking to establish a family in game and hopefully close enough to be real friends in our private lives :) As a person, I love helping out people. I expect nothing in return for my help EXCEPT for your sense of appreciation. I know it is tough in the server so, I do host Guild events from time to time to help out my members. If you are a newbie, you are welcome :) The key things about the guild: 1. Loyal (Loyal Members will get good salary, gears and what not. Blue & Teal imp & Emp shotgun already xD) 2. Professional & Good Attitude ( What puts me off are individuals that retains a really off-putting, Patronizing, Bullying and other undesriable traits. Trash talkers and individuals who don't behave as they should. I'm not keen in having a bad name. Try to be respectable to others as u would expect the same from them. If this offended u, then u should look to join elsewhere.) 3. Non-Geared and Non-Pro (Is okay, join us, we will learn to be better together.) 4. Ranking System Ranks: i. ƒ Royal - Drops, best salary + Incentives, more involvement in guild|Invite/Expel Power 30/30 ++ (win or lose) ii. ƒ Admiral - You dont get the drops, You get good Salary+ Incentives. 25/25(Win) 20/20(lose) iii. ƒ Cadet - Mid Salary 20/20(win) 15/15 (lose) iv.
