Legendary Weapon Sprites

I have been here for about 3-4 weeks now and I have finally gotten my hands on a Legendary Weapon. I don't know if it is just this weapon or if it is all of them but it has no sprite. Kind of disappointing to be honest, I expected to have some grand weapon sprite to show that I have put forth some sort of work but instead I am stuck with a non visible weapon that makes an awkward punching noise when I attack, unlike my specialty jur which has the basic sprite and katar sound effects. Ignore my post if it has already been mentioned.

We're going to add sprites for the legendary weapons, though they likely will not be custom, unfortunately. :(

Unfortunately, it is tricky to actually create sprites for the legendary weapons, it will take a really long time to do it, and we don't have many spriters on the team.

I don't care much for the sprite being custom I just don't like the fact that I don't see a Katar that took my whole day farming for lol. My idea for legendary weapon's sprite, you could give the "Aura Blade" skill's visual effect to the weapon while eqquiped and for the elite armors (sinx elite and so on) give the assumpto visual effect that was they can look a bit more elite/legendary than some average joe.

Or maybe you could recolor the weapon your gonna use. example is Red, all of the legendary weapons is not customized but it is color Red something like that if its possible :3

give the sprite of lvl 1 weapon to all L.weapons... just to show that there holding something so that i can see them if they been disarmed or not... XD

you could use some simple sprites and make them blue so they would look a little different from the actual weapons and would look more legendary :D Edited April 19, 2013 by Putin19

I already mentioned this in another suggestion, but we're looking into doing this however it's going to take some time as it's very complicated for us to change, unfortunately.
