Hi there , I'm new comer here , I have latest Ragray and Renewal patch (RO English MY) and after download FRO small patch and install it but still can't play and game is not responding.How can I solve the problem?

try to uninstall the program fro. and download it and install it again.. ther might be missing on the program or download is not complete due of poor internet connection thats y error occurs. :)
