In my opinion, it's better the the scarves you get from voting. I'm just wondering what it looks like? I hope it's nothing gayish so I don't have to change gender in game >< LOL so sorry for this >.< I must have read it wrong, so it's equipped on middle headgear. And scarf has nothing to do in the middle headgear slot, so yeah I'm just gonna get that scarf LOL. Yeah and I got my scarf, named Improved Black Scarf and doesn't even give any stats.
