Im here to present a little suggestion about making a quest which i believe will solve some game issues, and help people to kill some time on farming instead of sitting around in fcity and afk 24/7.I came up with an idea on an item that is open to public and can be found on quest room.This will be a no easy quest coz at 1st u need to unlock the quest before u do the "Frigg Shield" like hell quest.As i play fro i noticed that most of the players spend their time sitting and most of them are AFK.While some others are waiting for a GM to do some Events and while others spend their time waiting for an interesting event such as PVP/WOE/BR/GVG.and the remaining is farming Seeds,Spds,CW and etc. Its been 5 years now since i played the server and i never played a certain server that long. So lets keep the server busy guys. ^^ Like i said this should be an Open to Public Quest as hard/harder than friggs/runes but open for all :) I ddnt came up with this idea without enough infos and surveys. I'll call this quest " Mission of the Valkyries " Which you gonna Unlock the quest 1st before u go the 4 Valkyrie Npc's and collect some items for them before u go to the main Valkyrie NPC to collect the last items to get the quest headgear. So the item is Upper headgear which is [2] and im still working on the possible sprite coz im not good on recoloring but if ever this suggestion is implemented ill leave the recolor job to barbie :P Heres the Description and i need your feedbacks :) Enable its user to detect Hidden Enemies Walking Speed 10% Str+10 Luk+10 ASPD+10 [+Forsaken King's Cloak,Forsaken King's Armor, Forsaken King's Boots] Immunity to freeze All Stats+ 10 Max HP+ 5% This is the primary description as u can see there is the Maya P effect and the Forsaken King Helm effect so it means these two items will be 1 of the primary ingridient for the quest. And about the 10% walking spd. i guess its ok coz as long as were not gonna walk faster than the GM's :P And here is the secondary Effect i do some surveys and reviews to this i did some tryouts. But still i need ur feedbacks. [Pally Hallberd/Forsaken Paladin Spear Equip Set] Increase Damage with Shield Chain by 200% Atk+ 100 [THor's Hammer/WS Oriental/Forsaken Whitesmith Axe Equip Set] Inflict 40% more damage with Cart Termination Maximum HP+ 15% [Jormungandr's Rage/Forsaken Creator Dagger Equip Set] Maximum HP+ 15% [sniper Soaring Bird/Forsaken Bow/Forsaken Guitar/Harp/Whip/Vali's Destroyer/F.Gun] Reduce SP Consumption of skills by 50% [Forsaken Dagger] Increase Physical Damage by 10% [stalker Oriental] Enable to use Lvl1 Stave Crasher Inflict 30% more damage with Stave Crasher. [stalker Dagger] Enable to use Lvl1 Stave Crasher Inflict 40% more damage with Stave Crasher. [soul Linker Highness] Maximum HP+ 50% [Champion Knuckles] Dex+5 Str+3 Int+5 [Champ Mace] Dex+5 Int+5 Heres ,my Explanations about my Description: PALADIN - Increasing 200% Damage with Shield Chain and Atk+100 instead of some ppl suggests that Pally hallberd shud hab 20% more damage with GC.My point here is boosting Pally hallberd a bit but fairly enough to match the Odin's Avenger coz some ppl think that Pally Hallberd is only a weaker version of Odin's.GC is good but it doesnt fit the description of the Pally hallberd, so i made the effects similar to Odin's but not as good as Odins.So even if i change the effects a little bit there are still differences in terms of the Max HP,Vitality but not too far but in their ATK percentage 35% of Odin is way far than 17% of Pally hallberd.This is my possible idea to stop arguing about the 2 valk weaps.Before i forgot the 200%ShieldChainDamage and Atk+100 is also available for Elite Pally Spear. I want this to be fair to players who cant afford to buy valk weaps they also have the right to be strong. WHITESMITH - Having low HP is a primary problem of a WS this is also one of the hot topics on the forum.I am also a WS user so i know some disadvantages that a WS have. Tao Gunka card is only 30% on the Entire HP of a WS lets make it 35% + the 5% that F.helm give, but what if he doesnt use F.Helm but an HOD/AOG? the All stats+10 and that Max HP+5% will be gone. WS arent using GR+Tao All the time, it still depends on their enemy. If a champ GR+Tao is primary but what about fighting a debuffing opponent or damage type opponents such as Sinx? ur nuts if u still gonna use GR+Tao when facing Sinx.A WS's HP can range on 200-220k thats with GR|+Tao but what if with GR+RSX? or 2ble OL's? Lacking of HP is one reason why ppl dont use WS or main WS, so my suggestion is keeping that 210-220k or more even not wearing GR+Tao and i believe 15% is fair enough + the 5% that the headgear gives = 20% still not enough to match the 30% of Tao. This is when not using GR+Tao. So probably when wearing GR+Tao 35%+15% = 50% fair enough to match the description of Tao Card for Stalker and Sniper which is also 50%. And about the 40% damage of CT, maybe u guys think this will be OP.. It's not.. That 40% damage is only 4k in addition to the total CT damage of WS. Let's say Ii CT a certain enemy and i damaged 31k when u add the 40% CT boost its only 35k in total. Like i said i ddnt came up with this idea without trying it out. I tried it on geared ppl like David,Cole and etc. and i found out that 40% is only 4k additional damage at 1st i used F.Helm to do the tryout thats where i damaged 31k and second i tried a Hat boosting CT with 40% on the same person and i only damaged 35k so i sure with this idea on adding 40%. Besides WS needs buffs and HOD/AOG which make them to add agi for gaining 195 atkspd even u hab Adrenaline Rush 100+ agi is still needed when wearing this Helm as for F.helm atk spd is ok but less damage. so i came up with tis idea on having atk spd at the same time there is damage. WS is an atkspd based char.It gonna help alot coz instead of putting more agi they could use a little stats that used to be for agi points and use it for vit. So this is why my suggestion headgear is great for i believe. As for Creator they are int based char they hab low str and the same time low HP chars even they could damage good there are alot of things that could counter them such as FCP+GTB,Pnuema,Snap,Defending Aura, Cloak, Backslide.They could not risk on lowering their damage jst to gain HP.Even theyre geared they still hab lil HP compared to Proff/Wiz even tho theyre int based they hab Energy Coat to help them reduce the overall damage of their opponents. So adding 15%+5% of the Headgear = 20% +30% of the Tao Card = 50% fair enough for wat Tao gives on other jobs. I think tis is a better idea than changing the description of Tao Card. ARCHER CLASS/GS Class - We all know that these char are the Hitter Chars theyre Damage is great and Strong but the only thing that they lack is SP. Since they use 2x FBH theyir Max SP is reduced a great percentage which it only ranges from 400-500 with Holloween Hat/Hollowring it ranges 700.Since they are Dex Type theyre also having Problem with carrying pots and etc.Even with or w/o the new belts their problem is still the same.My idea is + these headgear that im suggesting they could reduce SP consumption to 50% which is more convinient. Less seeds to burn but still can carry enough. They could still fire the skills they want but a little bit more. Like Desperado consumes 50 SP - 50% so they only need 25 SP to use despe. Think of it as for snipers the most SP burning on their skill is their buffs, It consumes alot and burn their ygg even the fight hasnt started yet.So i guess this idea is good. For GS instead of suggesting adding Enlarge Weight Limit on Vali's its really unfair coz a Geared GS+Alot of yggs = GG. ASSASSINS - I make this simple since Sinx Crit is more popular they only use F.dagger as theyre secondary weapon in terms of PVP adding 10% damage to the F,dagger+With the headgear im suggestion is a fair idea. Not Stronger than SinxCrit or Loki's but still useful in PvP. SinxCrit does alot of Damge the crit ignores the def even their opponent wears SW's they could still dmage great. but when it comes to F.dagger jst one SacredWing decreases its dmage alot.Im suggesting this coz i dun want the old weapons be forgotten ^^ STALKERS - Enable to use Lvl.1 Stave Crasher and Inflicts 30% more damage with Stave Crasher. I suggested this coz a magic type Stalker = FCP'd+GTB opponent is nothing. Compared to those Stalkers who has Stalker SB. they can DS/BB/Sacrifice. Not all stalkers has Stalker SB jst saying. So even if they dont hab a stalker SB and just using Stalker Oriental/Stalker Dagger they could still fight back on their disadvantages. SOUL LINKER - Adding 50% HP is a good idea since other i dont see players use Linker as theyre main i think tis is a good time to promote them. They only got a little HP even with 2 Tao's they only got around 180k HP.Well theres nothing bad if we tried this idea just to make the other jobs to be useful than being buffer/alt char. CHAMPION - Just alittle add ons on stats not as good as Dorcus. Give it a try :) If this suggestion is approved ima talk to gen the possible items to be farmed well most of them like i said are rare some of them can be found only in 1 monster so u hab to wait for it to respawn, :) I need feedbacks so all free to give comments :)

Adding something with this many effects would pretty much make everyone wearing the same hat. This hat would be WAY better than any other available hat in the game, especially in combination with the weapons. It would make all other headgears pretty much useless. Therefore I'll have to disagree with the entire 'secondary effect'. It's better to boost the weapons themselfs instead of making them a combination with this hat.

Not all can hab Imps not all can hab Ltd's and not all can donate. its like only 20 people out of 300 ppulation of FRO can donate. and what about the holloween hats? theyre way better than my suggestion.There's always been donation in this server...No wonder the comers dont play long and leave coz its like everything can be obtained through donation.And besides this suggestion is not an easy one way harder than runes or friggs quest. Why not give this a chance? And make other headgears useless? Weve been using F.helm for 5 years Yea there are imps but only same people who got them as if the imps and other nice headgears has greater chances to drop then im not gonna suggest this one.And one more thing, i ddnt include all chars to be hab the effect of this hat and i only choose few and besides its not only for valk weapons only but for Elite weapons too.Valk weaps doesnt need to be changed im jst thinking of ther way on how to solve the valk weapon issues and i believe that the secondary effect are all fair.

This headgear is way way better than any other headgear if you combine it with the valk weaps/normal forsaken weapons. The "secondary effect" you're giving is absolutely huge and in no way comparable with any other current headgear. for example you're giving this already improved fhelm (still 2 slot AND maya p effect) another boost by combining it with the weapons. I agree with the fact that for example the WS class needs a boost but this [THor's Hammer/WS Oriental/Forsaken Whitesmith Axe Equip Set] Inflict 40% more damage with Cart Termination Maximum HP+ 15% . You want to release an improved fhelm. AND give pretty much the entire AoG headgear effect to the helm when using one of the custom weapons. Now I ain't saying I wouldn't like this, all that I'm saying is that this makes this new headgear a hell lot better than any other headgear in-game. How can you compare a helm that gives immunity to freeze + 2 slots + maya p + AoG effect. To just the halloween hat AoG ? See the difference ? Everyone would walk around with this same hat because it's so insanely much better than any current hat. Also, you're claiming that this quest would be mostly for the none donators because everything right now relies about donation items. However this This is the primary description as u can see there is the Maya P effect and the Forsaken King Helm effect so it means these two items will be 1 of the primary ingridient for the quest. Speaks to the contrary . The forsaken king helm is an donation item, putting it as an requirement would make this quest easier to finish for donators compared to none donators. So your entire headgear also relies around the socalled donation factor that you despise so much. 1

I think that if anything reduce the bonuses that the classes get or remove them all together and make the helm give another 5 stats or even 10 stats that way it's more useful than the normal F helm. Also if you want this headgear to be quested you can't put donor required gear in the list. It sort of defeats the point for the non donors to require donor items to make it...
