Bishop Posted May 28, 2012 Report Posted May 28, 2012 (edited) Log onto the control pannel which can be found here. Then there's an option to reset your characters looks. This means the clothcolor/hairstyle/haircolor/and items are reset off your character. Meaning you go back to the default colors and hairstyle/color and your items will be in your inventory instead of equipped on your character. Edited May 28, 2012 by Bishop 1
Ryuk Posted May 28, 2012 Report Posted May 28, 2012 Resetting your gear will most likely solve this issue. However, make sure you stay up to date as well. After installing the all in one, make sure you run the patcher as well :)
