Would like some confirmation, thanks.i read someone asking about this in the last patch update thread. i looked over it and i assume that the " Scarfs " will be once we hit out Top15 goal. there was a post that genesis made saying once we reach out goal of top 15 they will give the scarfs the old stat and slotting. so once we get to 15. i was lookin at it a week or so ago and we were at 17 i think. but then we dropped all the way down to 27? 27 or 28 i believe on both sites. i think it is hard for us to reach the goal because the items havent been released so people dont want to vote. kind of like how Fluffies and Scarfs when released everyone voted to obtain them. but because we dont know a set price on the new items and havent seen them in game players are just lazy to really put the time in and vote. i know myself i vote every 24 hours at a specific time so i can keep myself ahead but i cant speak for others

I have to agree with you, there isn't any real incentive to vote as of now, maybe thats the reason why people are not voting avidly. They need to put the items up on control panel if they want people to start on a voting spree.

I myself voted everyday, and sometimes I cant under some circumstances, even reminded people to vote for the server. We really shouldn't have to release vote items continuously for people to vote for the server. I'm glad you do, but unfortunately there are very few who vote. There are servers with significantly less players than us that are beating us because people actually vote. Last month we only received less than 20 votes a day. That needs to change. If people want the new items added, get all of your friends to vote too and make sure everyone actually enters the code. It would be nice if someone made a guide on how to vote properly too.
