Faster Way To Process Hacked/scammed Cases.

Hey guys,

I just wanted to once again thank you all for your help. You guys have really been on top of the ticket system lately! Some of you have even been helping me by keeping me posted via MSN. I really really appreciate all your help. I just wanted to suggest a small policy change when handling hacked/scammed cases. From now on, once they provide the username/items lost/last login/etc please tell them to add my contact information. If you want, copy paste it right into the ticket. It will help get these cases done much faster!
