Some of you have even been helping me by keeping me posted via MSN. I really really appreciate all your help. I just wanted to suggest a small policy change when handling hacked/scammed cases. From now on, once they provide the username/items lost/last login/etc please tell them to add my contact information. If you want, copy paste it right into the ticket. It will help get these cases done much faster!
