Leo `D Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Npc Reset Every time there's a New Patch or Server Reset that is the only time I encounter and talk to the thieves. This is the only part I stop coz It was remain hidden and cant be talk so I will wait for reset to continually talk to them. When I redo the quest It always cant be talk and wait for some reset again.Hope there some solution to this Thanks and more power~
Decode Posted March 5, 2012 Report Posted March 5, 2012 (edited) As far as it has been told to me, the thieves have a 1 out of 4 chance to be activated. I have talked to the thieves myself sometimes, even when the server has not been reset or added a new update. It is just all about luck! Edited March 5, 2012 by Decode
