Startanew Posted July 4, 2011 Report Posted July 4, 2011 Hi, The answer to this question may be fairly obvious, but I have looked around on this forum and throughout the site and kept hitting dead ends, so I figured I'd ask. How exactly does one go about acquiring the items needed for the Forsaken Dungeon pass quest? Is there some place to buy them, or do some of the custom monsters drop them? I've looked on this site and ratemyserver and couldn't find anything about them. Could anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks. =)

I was finally able to figure out that that portal just below the NPC is the way into the mine, and that you are apparently supposed to mine the items you need there. But I'm still a bit confused. Is this quest really THIS hard to complete? I successfully mine the minerals maybe 1 in 10 times and even then its VERY rare that I see even one of the hundreds of items I need. Added to that, the dialogue boxes keep glitching. Sometimes the "Next" button will disappear and I'll be stuck there until I relog. When I relog I'm back in FCity and I have to warp back to the mine and run ALL the way back to the mineral spots. I know I'm whining a whole bunch here, but this is ridiculous. Is there some way to make the Minerals produce the items you need more often? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
Ryuk Posted July 9, 2011 Report Posted July 9, 2011 There's no way to really make it "faster" However I recommend you to have a duel client open next to your char. So when the npc glitches you can deal your own character and get rid of the npc bubble.
