Belias Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 Topic Name says it all. a guildmate of mine played here since 2009, he lost his Ingame account-passwort and his forum-account passwort. can someone help? some GMs got MSN maybe?
Ryuk Posted June 8, 2011 Report Posted June 8, 2011 (edited) Ah , we have a ticket system for this. :). You can find it at the top of the screen. Tell him to click on the button called Ticket System (at the top of his screen here on the forums) and follow the guidelines. The GMs will help him there. He will have to make a new forum account to post a ticket, or he can add Genesis to MSN and request for help directly. PS. If your friend remembers his username he can recover his forum password at the login page from the forums by clicking on "Forgot your password?" and following the steps. He can also recover his in-game account password if he remembers his username and email. This can be done at the control pannel. Closing this topic now cause it doesn't belong here.
