Posted May 22, 2011 Report Posted May 22, 2011 So yeah, after some time off RO, I recently decided to play RO again, so I installed Forsaken RO and when I log onto my characters, I lost all my equips including cards in them. Did something happened? Also, some of my characters' names become "null". Does anyone know how to make things back to normal?
Ryuk Posted May 22, 2011 Report Posted May 22, 2011 Your character names turn to 'null' after a long time period. This so other people can use the names again. Your gears and items however should be fine. If you're missing those you should make a ticket according to the given guidelines. However since it's been such a long time I'm afraid not much can be done. It's still worth a try though. Closing this topic. Make a ticket for this issue.
