[Solved]Repeated Crashing

So I try to log in, and within 5 minutes of logging in I crash and get some weird error. It's happened lke 15 times in the last 10 minutes, anyone know how to fix it? I know this used to happen when people were using RoPs on Champions, is it possible something like that could be happening?

Any tips would be appreciated.
