If I donate and them this, do I get 2 weapon of my choice and a free Kitty Cat Claw or it will randomly give me 2 of those weapons and a kitty cat claw.

Also, do I get a Halloween Goody Bag or is this a mistake?. Halloween or Holiday? Me and my friend is planning to donate for 2 Valkyrie Weapon Special and we need an answer, thank you.
