Syrin Posted September 15, 2007 Report Posted September 15, 2007 This might be an error on my part but I have to technical problems The Music in RO doesn't run at any time in the server. I checked the folder and the BGMs are all there but it doesnt run. I have restarted the client and run the Forsaken patcher..not sure why it doesnt play... Another problem is that my character is a Clown and he cannot seem to play some of his songs...others work but certain songs such as "Lullaby" do not work. "Skill Failed" is what the message says and I have a guitar when I use them too.. Any assistance with these problems would be greatly appreciated.
Genesis Posted September 15, 2007 Report Posted September 15, 2007 It appears you have another server's files messing up ForsakenRO, quite a few servers do this to force you to play their server. ForsakenRO for one does not interfere with any other server files. What I can suggest is to look for a folder called " data" in your RO folder and possible uninstall some of the other servers if you have them. Lastly it might be that your Kro and Sakray are outdated.

Read the skill for the Clown because many of the Clown's skills require a partner. Meaning a dancer or gypsy in your party beside you.

Already stated why they don't work but let me explain this: For those songs to work you need to have another player using a dancer/gipsy in your party. You two need to be close to each other. Both you and the dancer/gipsy must have the skill of the song. One of you, either you or the dancer/gipsy, must then use the skill, then both you and the dancer/gipsy will play the song.
