HeartHitHeroin Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 (edited) Heeey. So I'm having trouble with regular, non-safari pets. I had a desert wolf pup egg in my inventory and when I hatched it the egg disappeared, and the dog never showed up. So, whatever, I've been out of the game for awhile, I'll just get a new one right? Wrong. |: After going through 50 dried bones, AND asking someone else to help me capture one (which still didn't work), I gave up. What happened to my egg? And why can't I capture a new one? Thanks. [: Edit: Sorry I didn't put [Pending] in the title, and I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to change it or how to delete this post to make a new one. |: Edited November 11, 2010 by HeartHitHeroin
killee07 Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 I think that the "capture rate" of pets are low. It took me a hard time to capture a Lunatic too. But I don't know what happened to your egg. I guess you'll have to wait for other replies. Hehe.
Sevenfold. Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 This just happened to me, captured a poring, went to hatch it and then boom, no egg, no poring
Ryuk Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 All pets that are not caught inside safari are bugged. Most cant even be caught, others got bugged eggs. If you want a pet you'll have to catch it in the safari.
HeartHitHeroin Posted November 11, 2010 Author Report Posted November 11, 2010 (edited) If this is a bug then why hasn't it been fixed yet or being fixed? There aren't any baby desert wolves in the safari zone, so this is still a problem. Orz Edited November 11, 2010 by HeartHitHeroin
Ryuk Posted November 12, 2010 Report Posted November 12, 2010 It hasn't been fixed yet because we have other more urgent changes that have to be made. I'll talk to Genesis about this but as stated just now, This is not considered a very urgent change so it will take a while, if done at all.
