[Solved]I Can't Getin The Game

I login my username and password, I select a character and it always says "Failed to Connect to Server". again and again.

Steps to follow :

1 : Click on the above link.

2 : Download the file.

3 : Unpack it into your RO folder. Overwrite all if it asks you to.

4 : Run the client and try logging in.
