New Event?

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but I think this would be a good event? A class based LMS? Like all champs / SinX / LK etc.? Since most guys wants LMS, and LMS can only be hosted once every how many hours, a class based LMS can mean more than 1 LMS that can be hosted every x number of hours. More events = more fun! :thumbsup_anim:

i thnk he means by class... meaning royal rumble by sinx... i mean all sinx pvp, all clown pvp to determine which one is the best..... thats what i think he means by that. i was going to suggest this but i think im just too late :D

I meant hold 1 LMS for champs only. Or for SinX only and such. It would be a good idea I think? Instead of just 1 LMS event, we can have more. Adds more flexibility to the event I suppose?! :o

We could host it over a few weeks with each day having a different class (to give people time to prepare), or we could hold more than one a day at different time slots. I like the idea, I just don't know if that many people would participate in it and what kind of prizes we'd give, other than bragging rights.

Yes, I have thought about this as well. It is true that High Wizards would be rendered useless in this form of PvP. But then again, how many people actually use wizards to PvP or to WoE?

As to the professors, it could be placed in the rules that GTBs are not allowed. Since bolts can be canceled by magic rod, therefore leaving them to spam AoE spells, which are, harder to do. It's more of your experience to the character that will decide the victor.

I think people would join in it. Because most people just use their strongest characters to join LMS. I just think that it would be a good idea to kind of "force" them to use different characters. And by doing this, we can have like 5 more LMS events (5 different classes) than just hosting 1 LMS. The price I think will be the same as LMS, 7 event coupons.

This would be good. although I think the gm who would host a ninja lms would have a hard time deciding who the winner is.

We'll I remember seeing a chat of some one someone wanting like this before, like everyone is a super novice vs super novices...Would actually be kind of fun keeps everyone on a level playing field unless they got the doll but I used it found it helpful, then sold it because it kinda sucked lol.

Class based lms would be something a gm can decide to do on there own whim atm though other wise they would have to script uh......like 9 different sections on the lms warper like, would u like it to regular lms, champ lms, sinx lms, and read class specifics. Wouldn't be hard to do just time consuming. Would be a neat feature though.

I guess those GMs who are willing to can manually host this. Like, when the LMS warper closes, boot anyone who isn't the particular class as the one who are supposed to participate in the LMS. For example, if it's a champion LMS or LCS (Last Champion Standing), before PvP is enabled, the GMs should see if there are other classes other than champions in the pvp arena. If they are certain that all the people in the arena are champions, then the event starts. I could certainly try to do this, if I get the GM position that is. Lol! Something new would be fun. :jerry:

Yea finally I could show some people how they suck badly heh. Honestly like someone said GM hostin event can do it on his own without changing anything in server/ database etc.

As it is now, we don't really have enough players who would be able to participate in this. Most people only have gear for a single class. In the future, this may be a possibility though. (:
