Um... Why is the interface extremely old? Doesn't this server take Renewal to run it or is it still running off Sakray? I'm not asking for third jobs, but I'm at least asking for the better interface where you can bring down multiple skill sets so you can look at them, not having to hit F12 to see which is which. Not to mention, you also lose a whole other skill bar for 9 more skills, and unable to customize the keys the way you want, this is severe damage to anyone who knows how to use a High Priest or Champ.

Why does the database seem EXTREMELY outdated? You guys don't even have nid_dun yet? No Dragon Set? I'm sorry but, I like the server so far, but something feels extremely .. "Gone". I detest and hate servers that have third jobs implemented, but I did love the new interface, especially hitting alt+Q to open up both your stats and equip window brought in a compound view. Can we maybe update the interface manually? This is horribly old. Nothing is wrong with oldschool, but this? I don't really care about the newer dungeons, but the interface is actually making my day depressing, lol.

Now, on topic. We're currently still running off Sakray. I don't know if or when we are going to switch to renewal, but yea. I've never used it so unfortunately I can't be of much help with this, but Nines did say that you can change it yourself. I'm sure that he or another player would be happy to explain it to you, and I apologize that I can't be of more help.

Oh, it was a big help that you've given me just this much information. I'm not sure..who Nines, or any other players are who can know how to do this. I tried asking players ingame in Forsaken City about how to get to the custom dungeon with Dark Priests and such so I can level, but no one answered any of my questions. Would it be possible for you to ask someone who may know to contact me through messaging on the forums?

Which custom dungeon are you talking about? If you are referring to Forsaken Dungeon, to be able to get inside the dungeon, is that you have to mine or farm Ores in Forsaken Mines which is located sound of for_fild01 at the desert area, and then you just have to talk to the NPC which is near the entrance/warp. He will asked you to mine certain items and the quantity of that item. After you are done with that quest, you will be rewarded with a FDun Pass or Forsaken Dungeon Pass, and about the Dark Priest, that MVP is not implemented in the game anymore due to reason, I, for one, don't know.

I personally like the outdated Ragnarok o.o. But yeah, Nines could probably help you with the issue you have about manually getting the new updated Ragnarok.

I hate the new updated Ragnarok - both the interface and the new mechanics that were introduced with the third classes (I've played some servers that had the new mechanics without the classes and it was a huge adjustment).

I think custom equipments also are more dominant in this server than the newer equipments as 2 slots will usually outweigh most equipment effects.

What if there's an error with the item sprite that is shown in Alt+Q? You'll be like shit complaining about you can't change your stats. Just stick with the old Ragnarok, Renewal isn't stable yet as far as I know.

Um..Well, that was an interesting barrage of "Renewal sucks." But it's to be expected, not many players like a change, and as stated, the 3rd jobs are so stupidly broken, even WITH the right stats and fixes, that I prefer to never see them in this server. I basically just want the interface, I dunno, I found it simpler since it's actually hard to tell if you're going to type or use a skill while in the old /bm as the only indicator you have is the little blinking vertical line, the thing I mainly liked about renewal is that BM was just on automatically, and you have the choice to use it, or F1 to F9, and when you had skills, it would be blue, but typing, the entire thing would turn white. Just confusing, since I'm used to hitting enter after using a skill to type, but now I type, and then can immediately use a skill x_x

Problem with the renewal client is that it completely changes alot of the interface, it will cause ALOT of people to error and I honestly just dislike how it looks, alot. For now we will stay with the older client (even if we had to re engineer it in order to get it to work).

Everyone seems to dislike the modern day look of RPG's. The multiple bars you can view more simple-like, I just find it abit confusing whether I'm using a skill or about to type honestly, I do that alot because I got used to relying on the color coding outline of /bm and normal typing. XD

The main other think that I liked about the renewal client was the buff counter (Which they should have added when they created RO in the first place, lol.) where you can check how long it is until your buffs run out via the small blue count down bar or mousing over it to see the minutes/seconds. Is there really a way so I can modify my own client so I can get the interface? It never crashed me before.

Genesis already said that we aren't updating to renewal for the time being and will continue using the old client, so...
