Guest xonchu Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 uhm i would like to suggest for a branch/bloody branch arena so that we could only spawn it there easy :) its a better spot for MVP fighting/summoning/and mob killing via parties/guildies... if someone suggested this already better remove this topic.. uhm is it time for a forsaken city new look? :) just askin... and uhh new BGM for fcity too!
supream Posted August 31, 2010 Report Posted August 31, 2010 a new bgm would be nice. not to say a branch room is a good idea but there are hundreds of maps on this game. pick a spot were no one would go and use ur dead branch.
Guest xonchu Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 some of the maps have mobs that uhhh interupt in killing the MVP or mob etc..and when we pick one of the hundred maps of RO some may KS :) thats why its best to implement a room..

Lol, uhh, Once there's a Perfect Map to go Mvp which the Mvp can't hit you,you can summon safely and nicely without anyone interrupting ( The map got Pvp off ) and there's lots of place there. But for some reason ( Iunno why ) the Gm's removed it. :[ and yeah, i agree on the Branch Arena. D: I would love to get a Mvp map which easier for us to kill it.

That's the point of the Arena exist, makin people more easier to summon Mvp,Kill the Mvp, and nice place to go Mvp without anyone interrupting. Well, If the Mvp can't hit us, it would be nicer, since its Hard to kill the Mvp especially to the New person who just come to the server will evenctually die and may take than 1h to kill it ( It would be so annoying :x ). and sometime they warped us when we're in Beserk mode, It was like Wth, its so freakin annoyin, you kno. :(

Technically there is no perfect place where no one can come in and KS you. I'd just try remote locations on different fields or even find your own secret map on ratemyserver.net. Something like poring_w01 and poring_w02 is always nice, although a lot of people know about those two.

kuoch Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 It's an okay idea, but I thought if you were to summon a MvP on your own as in using "Bloody Branches" it was illegal to steal those MvPs. Or has that change recently. Though if that rule still applied and your MvPs was to still be getting stolen, you can easily report that person.

I just use a good, small, obscure map that no one goes to. At all. If it's ever been found, well, unless they're just PvP players wanting to be a douche, I can pretty much kill any MVP-er. If you want some more security, every time you summon a monster take a screenshot to prove that you did, in case of kill theft. Use this in your defense: Kill stealing: (only exception is naturally spawned MvPs) Known regularly as 'KS' (e.g. KSer, KSing). Even though the server is on Player Kill mode, we do not allow Kill Stealing. MvPs are free for all and players are entitled to killing their competitors for the MvP. Specially summoned MvPs, such as Thanatos or those summoned by AbraCadabra are of strict ownership of their summoners. Any case of breach of this rule will result in the retrieval of any rare item dropped by said MvP. First offense: -2 hours jail. Second offense: -10 hour jail. Or private rooms so we can sit and talk with friends so people don't warp near us and troll us. There's tons of maps, trust me I know. Is there a 0.0001% chance someone can warp to you? Yes. But how many people seriously Bloody Branch enough for it to be a problem? There are many maps to which summon in. Privacy is never guaranteed but there's so many maps that aren't visited at all, ever. I am so sure of that. Try obscure fields, not special maps, people visit those.
