It's not fair to punish everyone for the few people who are exceptional at spamming... Gypsies and clowns do not need to be nerfed any, they are fine as they are.

As Rune said...

It would make me content if every class in the game was like Clowns/Gypsys.

They were considered extremely underpowered and we managed to get them to a good status among the other classes who were the top.
