Ya, the price for the cigarette gear is outrageous. the NPC sells other gears for like 30k and below but the cigarette man.. It's 202k! I tried to buy one but didn't have enough zeny so ya.

I wholeheartedly agree with this, there is absolutely no reason for this outrageous price. While I do applaud you for trying to sway the people away from smoking by increasing the price, 10x the price of normal headgears is just unfair to the community.

The new price should be around 75~100k keeping it somewhat high to keep some people clean, yet low enough so that it is within the common player's reach.

No. I highly disagree with this; in fact, I think that it should cost even more. I believe the price should range around 99-100% of a billion zeny.

Also, let's discuss the effects of the cigarette. I think it should follow along the lines of HP -75% and have a 3% chance of being coma'd whenever you are hit with a physical attack.

I couldn't agree more. I agree on the fact the Cigarette's price should go up to help the community, to stop from them from smoking and it is good for their own health. Plus, if someone is rich or blood-blooded enough to buy it, it is good for the Zenny Economy in Forsaken RO.

Yes, we should discuss about the effects of the Cigarettes. I would say HP- 70%, 5% Coma onto oneself if someone hits you, and should have an External Bleeding effect or Poison, the more you use it.
