i know im not the only 1 who post their ticket but it takes too long to Solve or not, and its almost 9 days since i post my ticket regarding i lost my card during decarding.

its not im just being impatient but every GM i talk to they always say the same.

Reime, if you have checked other post regarding the same issues about losing cards during decarding. I am afraid you can't get those cards back even if you submitted a ticket.

is 10k++ Worth of Coupon Card is not a Exemption?

If you lose a worth 10k or more Coupon Card i guess you do the same or maybe worse than me

What he doesn't seem to get is that it's elevated to superior. Only Genesis or Relinquish can now solve it. Those two are rather busy with other things, life, coding w/e. Now, in his case I can say with 95% accuracy he won't get his card back. Just wait it out.

i lost a shitload of items/cards including thana and emps, never got them back, gotta live with it.

You don't have to snap at him. Its just the same thing as losing a card or cards. Deleting. Decarding. He was just pointing out that we are always going to lose stuffs if we are careless enough both in real life and in the game.

i was not overweight or full of items that time, you cant compare me to him im not that dumb to delete my character having an items on it because you will be given a 10 seconds to cancel it and a chance to check the character if it have a leftover items.

If i only know that would happen do you think i will do it? of couse not so Deleting and Decarding are Totally Different Situation.

Decarding and deleting is the same, the players are responsible themselves for the consequences. You are the one that has to check if you can carry all the cards/items, and you are the one supposed to check your characters before deleting them. Either way it's your own responsibility.

Cards doesn;t magically disapear just like that from decard, this story doesn't make sense, I decard at least 10x a day 7 times a week for 2 years+ and I never lost a card from decard and you come here telling me that you had an empty invenoty and not overweight and your thana is gone.

No it doesn't just randomly occur. Plus Analysis only said he lost something while decarding with (forgot) at the end. That doesn't imply or mean it's anything like your 'situation'. Personally I think this whole thing is BS. A scam to get us to pay you with a card you've never had. You have no Screens of you with thanatos, a supposed empty inventory, and MAGICALLY it disappears.

I am closing this topic as it's not needed, also it is creating problems. (Snapping at others etc.) DO NOT make another topic about this.
