Tarot Delay? Urgent Urgent~~~~~

Hey, guys i hear about tarot would be delay...this thing shouldn't happen because it will be unbalance..And if it really going to happen make sure that sonic blow get delay as well. Because if the sonic blow got soul linker+enchanted poison bottle+Box of storm+blacksmith buff =its going to be totally unbalance seriously.As a Forsaken ragnarok online lover, i really wish this thing will never happen ...THATS ALL TQ :thumbsup_still: :thumbsup_still: maybe people keep thinking that where im hear about this rumor.. there a bunch of people say it even juan/massacre say it would happen ... thats why im really worry

Tomorrow, asura strike will have a 10 seconds delay, edp damage boost will be reduced to 5% and double dagger aspd nerf will increase, requiring more agi! And there will be a 3 second delay on arrow vulcan and a 2 second cast time that cant be reduced on tarot and nevertheless devotion will only be able to be casted on one party member! This all true
