If you have any questions regarding the game, you can post something in the forum. In the support section if you have any technical problems or questions about the game. And in the discussion section if you have any questions regarding about the game, classes, guides, stats and etc etc. Or if you can ask GM in the game( if that GM are online at that time ) just type @request "your questions" in the game. We will try our best, to help you in any way we can in the forum and in the game. Just avoid any Pvp Area maps, especially for_fild01( South of Forsaken City ) P.S. SORRY WISHY<3

You can also check the Quest Guides under Guides on the forum for the quests on how to get custom items and such. Pretty much everything else is as Edelweiss said.
