Ethereal Posted March 7, 2010 Report Posted March 7, 2010 (edited) Alright well since the new updates came out, Yggdrasil seeds have been one of the most useful things for my priest. Asuras only did half my HP, so I could easily recover them with seeds. So my suggestion includes improving the Forsaken Dungeon with the ability to get Yggdrasil seeds more easily. There's two sides to the suggestion, so here they are: [ 01 ] Option 1: making the monsters that don't drop the Yggdrasil berries in the Forsaken Dungeon drop the Yggdrasil seeds. It would give a these monsters useful, and give the farmer a chance to alternate with the Yggdrasil items or hunt them both at the same time. [ 02 ] Option 2: implement a new map that's similar to the F. Dungeon, but the monsters drop Yggdrasil seeds instead. This may require a second F. Dungeon Pass (maybe it could be obtained when you finish the F. Dungeon pass quest and the person asks which F. Pass you would like). Maybe it'd be more convenient? I'm not sure, but if a second map is implemented, more people would be scattered through out the F. Dungeon maps, thus lowering the kill steal rate? I'm not sure to be honest. But I thought this may be a neat idea as well. --- So feel free to discuss. I'd like to really see this happen. Credits to Erin and Dina for helping me with the suggestion. We DO have mobs for this, which is exciting. Ie: darkring, nekoring, godring. I'd prefer to go for two dungeons. Less stress on Genesis, hit two birds with one stone for players. I was thinking that in for_dun01, two mobs could drop seeds 100%, and in for_dun02, two mobs could drop seeds at ~30%. Yes?

plotus2 Posted March 9, 2010 Report Posted March 9, 2010 But since the accepted suggestion about autolooting 2 items at the same time is yet to be implemented, then to implement mobs for looting both yggseed n yggberries on same map is not as good as to implement mobs on separate maps.
