Cirrus Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 (edited) I believe a Tao boost for GS is already under way for the next patch, if I'm not mistaken. Plus it wouldn't hurt. GS are squishy as it is. And not being able to wear a shield is a bigger weakness than max HP, given the damage values in the server. Edited February 25, 2010 by Cirrus
Shadi Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 Their damage output is also higher than all characters that wear an shield (yes if geared right they do more damage than an sinx, and certainly will do more if the sinx uses an shield). They dont have this huge damage output for nothing. It's supposed to make up for the lack of HP and the lack of an shield. They are supposed to be squishy with an damage output like this one. It seems to me that people around here want to boost every single class if they have a slight weakness. If there's one class that needs a buff it would be sniper but anything else than that seems fine to me.

Most gunslingers on this server play them with a 2-handed revolver, thus enabling them to spam high amounts of damage through desperado. These quick bursts of damage already make them high hitters. Therefore, it seems reasonable to me at least, that they should be frail and have less HP. It's kind of like the 1-handed revolver suggestion - you trade off high damage for low rate of survival.

hatori Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 i dnt care how much % u add to tao for gs but just once it reaches 200k hp XD. and the gs weaknes isnt as small as sinxes or champs or w/e its a killer to pvp with a gs cuzve it. one asura or even a god damn magnum break kills me on my gs. definately should raise hp to a reasonable amt.
