Rayray Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 To be honest, if ever FRO would implement them, I'd suggest to not put it in a high-rate. I am pretty sure that Genesis last time talked about a mid-rate or a low-rate server that would open(I dunno what happened to it). I would definitely play the third classes if they are in a normal leveled setting(150 Max level and 120 max stats). But in high rates, it would just be a battle of Sura(as I see in other servers).

Guillotine crosses : I like the fact that the new poisons must be made and cant be bought from anywhere =), Cross impact CAN be used with daggers, however you could make it to have a side effect like draining 60% your Hp, or even better > give them non dex reductable cast time (8-10) seconds, thus making it a one time chance to kill. Rangers: for god sakes the warg "inmobile" status MUST be nerfed to a very very low chance, since the warg automatically atack with that skill and making it virtually imposible to move. Shadow Chasers: Mostly balanced, not much needs to be moved Genetic: ..... they kind of need a boost lol Mechanics: they seem fine overall Rune Knights: Definetely must have a nerf in reflecting issue Warlocks: Gtb will still own them, but they will become an issue in war of emperium, perhaps just a small nerf. Royal guards: Most of the skills will become defensive, and many are made to be party-used, however they seem to have been made quite balanced [Third skills knocks out trans skills]. Sorcerers: they dont seem a problem at all.... most of theyre third skills were meant for Low rate so they dont affect high rates at all. Arch bishops: GTB again, however they ARE usfull for theyre masive buffs, they may require a small nerf in the buffing issue.

Remember the Pokemon Craze. Same thing when you compare it. The 3 rd class will dull it's own self out and be able to make everything okay. I say get it out of your systems now then be dumb minded after it has come and gone like christmas morning.

The formulas for EDP's behavior will change; *Regular Attack; Power=(User's ATK*400%) *Skills; Power of the skill=(Skills regular damage modifier+400%) Yeah...PLUS, not MULPTIPLY. Meaning the feared CI(which by the way has a delay that's longer than Sonic Blow) will deal 1800% damage with EDP(1400%+400%) and not 5600%(1400%*400%). Much less than the current not linked Sonic Blow...(800%*400%=4000%). Leave it to gravity, they are actually trying to change the whole RO mechanics to actually be balanced with breached 99 levels of limit... Assassins were made to be a DPS class after all, guess they're finaly fixing the mistake they did with EDP long ago making them into pure burst damage dealers.

I don't know about how it would work in PVP, but it would make it possible for me to do stuff in PvE other than Holy Light-ing things to death and only hunting demons/undead. Just my 2 cents. I understand some people will think "then play a different class," but I really want to play a priest. D: Also I think that sprite looks better (at least females) than High Priest.
