Superman^* Posted January 20, 2010 Report Posted January 20, 2010 I think that GvG rewards (teal/white rucksacks) should be completely differents from others rucksacks (+10 all stats). Since it's very hard to get it(8 GvG Certificates), that's mean winning 8 GvG's. I was thinking about give them an extra stats, and of course, quit the -10% walking speed. And, what do you think? Please comment.

nines Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 Wow talk about over powered...The stats are fine the no reduction would be perfect Theres hardly anyone with the gvg rucks theres you and cole....and obviously only you see a need for them to be buffed cause cole hasn't said shit lol. Its also expensive as hell if you wanna sell it because its a gvg prize, dosn't need to be buffed in stats <.<

And also theres a few sacks that does have no speed reduction, adding 5 extras stats is not over powered, and the scarves gives you +20 stats depends on which class you play. Im just suggesting something, if Devotion want to accept it, nice, if its not, cool.

Which includes training for your members, strategy and teamwork building. The Ecoups and gvg certs are rewards enough. When RIP wins against a huge guild and wins a gvg despite all odds. that is satisfaction enough, I agree with nines, your posting this out of greed. And Don't forget that even if you did win 8 gvg certs you get 1 Ruck by itself, and it goes directly to your Guild Leader, and it is His/her choice whether to keep the ruck or to give it to another member, or Sell it off. So yes if your lucky your guild leader will hand out the rucks for loyalists. So yea, now even when the rucks only have diff color and no extra stat + I don't see them being circulated around. Devotion Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 You've all made your points but try to keep it friendly and remember that the majority of suggestions here are proposed for personal/selfish reasons (The GM's can plainly see it). However that doesn't mean the suggestion isn't good. The Halloween and Xmas special rucksacksshould have already been made normal. Permanently getting rid of the walking speed reduction on GvG rucks isn't a problem for me, it all depends on what I see most people want.

The walking speed penalty being removed is fine, but since the rucksacks aren't really in wide circulation, the stats seem unfair.
Superman^* Posted January 23, 2010 Author Report Posted January 23, 2010 I think most of the people dont agree with the extra stats because its really hard to get one and theres a few people who had white/teal rucksack, I know how does it feels when people dont have some stuff that others have but think about the effort that we have done to get that, and only gives you the same effect as others rucksacks. If it's not, I don't know why they make it so special (teal/white rucksack) since it gaves you the same stats as others, and you spend a lot of time, I think adding a little stats will worth it.

These few "select" people would probably be already with good gears, 'cause how else can you be rewarded with one by your guild leader if you aren't really useful in GvG? It's making the strong, stronger, distancing the less geared people even more. Aren't you already satisfied that you have a very rare rucksack only few own?

If a nullified walk speed is not enough, perhaps 5~10% more walk speed, and add some description like "grants the user fervor from being recognized as a true GvG warrior." Rofl.

And why are you speaking all the hard work we have done to get that....The we is your guild not you, your guild isn't speaking up here, and the only reason you got that ruckie is because royal mafia gave up to you so you could get it...you could of died easy to them cause you got that on the second try of Phantasm entering gvg. -.- I agree remove walking speed that enough would be a good bonus...Something else what I was thinking of would be for it to increase weight limit by 500 or so. Even if its only like 16 more yggs that you can carry since its basically a backpack it would kinda make sense and raise its value in a none over powered way. ??? Opinions?

GVG-exclusive rucksacks ultimately take time to get, no matter how the guild decides to distribute prizes/rewards. Keep the discussion on the suggestion, and not about players or guilds.
